Mexican Rafael Caro Quinteromost wanted fugitive American Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA, in English) and who was offered a $20 million reward for information about his capture, was arrested this Friday in the municipality of Guachochi, in the northern state Chihuahua.
According to official sources, 69-year-old Caro Quintero was arrested because the authorities allegedly discovered that he had returned to criminal activity on a minimal scale.
