There is a “good possibility” that the United States will do without the use of the military forces, the politician said.
US president Donald Trump said Greenland’s integration is inevitable and will not exclude the choice of military force use. The politician said this in an interview with the NBC News.
According to Trump, he “really has a real conversation about Greenland’s fusion.”
“We get Greenland. Yes, 100%,” said the US president, who commented on the possibility of the island’s fusion.
According to the American leader, there is a “good possibility” that the United States will do without the use of military force, but added that “it has not removed anything from the table.”
When asked about what the Greenland fusion signal will be sent to Russia and around the world, Trump replied “he doesn’t think so.”
“It doesn’t bother me. Greenland is a separate topic, completely different. It’s the international world. It’s international security and power,” he said.
Remember, recently, US vice-president Jay Dee Vincent visited the American military base north-west of Greenland, where he criticized Denmark’s policy to the island and remembered Trump’s statements about its strategic importance for the United States.
