The FSB announced the restraint of a former citizen of the Russian Federation, which, allegedly, in the instructions of the special services of Ukrainian, was planned to place an explosive structure in an administrative building in Moscow, Russian media reports.
It is noted that the person born in the capital born in 1972 had previously been convicted under articles of murder, oppression, theft. He intended to undermine a home -Made Explosive Device (IEA) in areas of mass accumulation of people.

According to special services, the detainee has acquired a home -made explosive device ready to use, weighing 5 kg, based on an amonal, with a timer, as well as a smartphone used to communicate with Ukrainian intelligence services.
The accused is said to be seeking sin and cooperating with the investigation.
