Russia has no right to dictate what will happen in Ukraine, the President of France said.
The European “Trust Forces” (Reassurance Force) will appear in Russia in the event of a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. President French said Emmanuel Macron following the results of the Coalition Coalition Summit in Paris on Thursday, March 27.
According to him, the organization of “trust forces” is still in the planning stage, but it will not be a peacekeeping force. And Russia has no right to dictate what will happen in Ukraine.
“We are here (about contingent, – Ed.), And we will work here. Yes, there will be confidence in participating in a number of European countries, and these forces will be placed in Ukraine,” Macron said.
He admitted that not all European countries want to participate in it, but “unity is not required here.”
Macron said the troops were not located in the contact line, but would be placed in “strategic areas”.
He also said that it was decided to entrust the foreign work ministers to generate proposals for monitoring a ceasefire in Ukraine. It is allocated for three weeks.
Remember that today in Paris a summit of the “Coalition of Action” along with the participation of 31 countries, as well as the leadership of the EU and NATO, took place.
The meeting is to discuss the hope of deploying in Ukraine the forces of guarantee as one of the stages of the future peaceful regulating the support of the United States.
