CCC employees significantly violate human rights in Ukraine.
Human rights violations by representatives of territorial acquisition centers have become systemic and mass. On March 26, Dmitry loves wrote about this on March 26, 26 on March.
It seems that illegal detentions and beating by representatives of the shopping center and joint venture became a new viral trend that will not be stopped without a strict state reaction, the report said.
The Ombudsman noted that he was ready to come to Verkhovna Rada at any time and present his detailed analysis of this situation and offer mechanisms to solve the problem with CCC in the legal field.
Lyunets is also called the “most vivid cases” of violations:
- Physical violence and frequent cases of beating citizens. There are situations when groups of people are contained on the streets, in shopping centers, not far from the metro, using rough physical strength.
- Beating people on the roads. There are reports of cases when CCC and JV workers deliberately cause an accident to force cyclists or motorcyclists.
The Ombudsman management also reflects how military committees deprive citizens’ rights to legal protection and do not allow detained lawyers.
Lubinets noted that the Tax Code hides information about detained citizens, and relatives and human rights activists cannot receive information about their relatives. This is a violation of human rights.
It is also a place, because CCC citizens are forced to sign documents under compulsion, and they are often contained without appropriate grounds.
We recall that recently Ombudsman Dmitry loves that his office received more than 40 separate requests for violations in the region of Harkiv from the beginning of the new year. People complained about lawyers, the use of strength, weapons and other special means, etc.
