    The Cabinet of Ministers completed “Winter Capital” payments on applications for “actions” and through banks of partners. Ukrainians received another 703 million US dollars on statements from February 13 to 28, including 124.5 thousand payments for children.

    The press service of the Ministry of Economics announced this today, March 24.

    This program achieved support for the goal of Ukrainians in a difficult period, ”said the first Deputy Prime Minister-Minister of Economics of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko.

    According to Sviridenko, 14.4 million citizens used help:

    • About 60% of money spent on utilities;
    • They also bought medicines for Ukrainian production, supported the Ukrainian book publication and added to the Armed Forces.

    You can use the funds by the end of 2025, in particular, in support of the army, ”Sviridenko said.

    Applications were accepted until February 28, 2025. It is noted that the applications that were submitted through the UKRPOSHTA will be developed by the end of April.
