New specialized administrations will be created in Ukraine. The President signed the bill No. 12368–1.
This law provides for the creation of two courts – a specialized district administrative court and a specialized administrative court in high specialized courts.
The competition for the positions of judges will be declared a highly qualified commission of the judges of Ukraine – it must do this a month after the entry into force of the law. It will be held with the participation of the Expert Council, which will include three members of the Council of Judges of Ukraine and three of international organizations.
On February 27, the Verkhovenna RADA generally approved the bill No. 12368–1 on the organization and the principles of the creation of a specialized district administrative court and a specialized administrative court.
Thus, the parliament was fulfilled by one of the international currency funds and agreements with the European Commission in accordance with the Ukrainian plan. The newly created two vessels will deal with their jurisdiction, which was previously considered the liquidated district administrative court of Kyiv.
