At the request of the Russian Federation, a 19-year-old resident of Kyiv tried to set fire to a bank in Kyiv district.

During the patrol of the territory of the Dniprovsky district at the commandant’s hour, the patrol police, not far from the financial institution, noticed a person who tried to set fire to the bank and fled, said the police.
It is noted that law enforcement officers caught up with a fugitive and found near prepared bottles with a combustible substance.
The attacker was a 19-year-old local resident. As it turned out, he received the task of shaking a financial institution from curators from Russian special services that promised him to pay $ 1,500. Of course, he did not receive the money, ”the police said.
