Russian dictator Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which Ukrainian citizens who have no “legal grounds” for stopping in the Russian Federation should leave the country or “resolve his legal status” until September 10.
Radio Liberty reports this.
It is noted that the decree is also applied to the territory of Ukraine, temporarily occupied by Russia.
This means that Ukrainians who live in the occupied territory may be forced to leave – if they do not receive Russian citizenship or do not obey the requirements of the resolution, the newspaper emphasizes.
The decree also states that persons who do not have Russian citizenship who have arrived in TOT should undergo a physical examination, including drug tests, dangerous infectious diseases and HIV infection.
It is also argued that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia was not entrusted not to bear administrative liability for citizens of Ukraine for a “violation of the stay regime” if they turned to the territorial bodies of the department before entering into force to “resolve their legal position”.
We recall that in January, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia announced the completion of the certification of the population on the tooth of Ukraine.
