The preliminary investigation showed that at a dinner on March 20 at the Rivne center near one of the shopping centers in the Peugeot car, a home -made explosive device worked. The driver and passenger of the car were injured, the police said.
The prosecutor’s office noted that the event occurred about 13.40 on Kivski Street. It is noted that the victims of the driver and passenger were hospitalized.
A preliminary investigation was launched in the field of criminal proceedings against a terrorist act and illegal handling of weapons, combat supplies or explosives (Article 258, Article 263 of the Criminal Code).
