The leader of the Kremlin Vladimir Putin signed a command according to which the Ukrainians, “illegal located in Russia”, should leave the country until September 10 or their status legitimate. This states the official portal of legal information by the Russian Federation.
It also contains the provisions of foreign citizens and no stateless people who, until it enters, enters the territory of self -proclaimed creatures of DPR and LPR, as well as the territories of the regions of Zaporizhzhya and Kherson temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.
If they are in these territories for more than 90 days, not related to labor activities, or come for work, but do not go through the required physical examination, then they are obliged to undergo a medical examination until June 10, 2025.
They should also provide the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to confirm the absence of the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances without a medical prescription, a certificate of absence of dangerous infectious diseases and a certificate that confirms the lack of HIV infection.
Keep in mind that in the temporary conquered territories in 2025, the invaders plan to remove the right to live by the Ukrainians without the citizenship of the Russian Federation. A number of social rights are limited to these people.
