The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a law that provides for the possibility of sending units of the Armed Forces to other countries.
During the martial law, unit, military units and units of the Armed Forces can be sent abroad to ensure national security, repair and contain armed aggression, protect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as exercise the right to self -determination in accordance with art. 51 from the UN Charter. This bill was completed taking into account the proposals of Zelensky, which clarify the decision -making procedure for sending units of the Armed Forces abroad, describes in detail the procedure for their stay outside the state and ensure compliance with the act of international law.
