The American president plans to talk with the Russian dictator on Tuesday, March 18.

US president Donald Trump said he was planning on Tuesday, March 18, to talk to Russian leader Vladimir Putin and discuss the end of the war in Ukraine. Reuters reported this on Monday, March 17.

“I’ll talk to President Putin on Tuesday. A lot of work has been done over the weekend,” Trump told reporters.

According to the American leader, during a conversation it was planned to discuss what had been previously discussed.

“We’re going to talk about territories, let’s talk about power plants … We want to see if we can end this war. Perhaps we can, perhaps, we can’t, but I think we have a very good chance,” Trump said.

Remember, on March 11, according to the results of negotiations with the United States at GIDD, the Ukrainian side agreed to an immediate 30-day Truce, if Russia also takes a step.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin also agreed to a 30-day Truce in Ukraine, but at the same time announced a number of “nuances”.
