More than 50 people were killed in North Macedonia from a fire in a nightclub.
More than 118 people were injured. The Minister of Health said that 18 people are in serious condition.
The club during the incident amounted to approximately 1,500 guests. Previously, fire arose through sparks from pyrotechnic devices – they fall into the ceiling of flammable material.

Local media write that someone in the club launched a salute. The Minister of the Interior, without any details, emphasized that one person was already detained.

According to the minister, the fire arose at about 2:30 in the morning as a result of pyrotechnic sparks for a mild effect in the Macedonian group of DNA. The organizers were detained.
