Armenia joins all Azerbaijan’s proposals to two unresolved DRAFT POINTS of peace agreement, which has actually completed the negotiation process between countries. This was informed through the Press Service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry on Thursday, March 13.
Now the parties must agree with the date and place of the agreement.
It was noted that Yerevan suggested to make a joint statement on the approved document, but Baku decided to publish his own position.
The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinian called the coordinated text a compromise and explained that the final approval is concerned with two important points:

The rejection of one another in court claims in international opportunities.

The not thinking of the forces of the third countries along the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
These provisions will enter the force after the official signing of the agreement.
“When it became clear that it was not possible to achieve the perfect formulations, we conducted a discussion in the security council format and ended the existing document content was a compromise and acceptance -accepted for Armenia,” Pashianan said.
Azerbaijan’s foreign minister, Jaykhun Bayramov, confirmed that Armenia has adopted the latest amendments to the agreement. However, he emphasized that Baku expects two more steps from Yerevan:

Pashianyan noted that there were no provisions on the EU mission in Armenia in the text of the agreement, but that the points had suggested that none of the parties could put foreign military forces on the border after the agreement entering the strength.
