In New Jersey, an 81-year-old woman returned a book to the library, which was taken by her grandfather nearly a century ago.

In New Jersey, 81-year-old Mary Cooper returned to the library of a book by her grandfather in March 1926, but no time to return, CNN reports.

The woman accidentally found the move on the move, when she carried her mother’s objects.

The book, published in 1911, contains instructions for making children’s toys made of wood, metal and improvised materials. Maria assumes that her grandfather, a boat and a carpenter, wants to create toys for her little daughter – Mary’s mother.

“She has a little daughter, my mother. I thought she wanted to make a lot of toys for her,” the woman said.

Returning the book to the local library, Mary, along with the libraries, looked at her pages and found an image of a toy boat – as her mother received in childhood. This made it a woman to suggest that it was because of this memory that her family had kept the book for almost a century.

Library employees joked that if the library was still charged a fine for delay, the amount would reach 18 thousand dollars.

“An amazing thing happened -this book was restored to the year of our -100th anniversary,” said library representative Sherry Talersio.

The historical book was placed in the library for inspecting guests.

Earlier it was reported that Michel Azanavicius announced the release of a book dedicated to the war in Ukraine and its heroes.

The first edition of Harry Potter was sold in the amount £ 45 thousand at the auction
