On Saturday, March 8, at 13.05 rescuers received reports for help in Lavra Lovin. Arriving on the stage, SES employees found that the cross was partially destroyed on the dome of one of the temples. The main department of the State Emergency Service in Kyiv reported on Facebook.
It turned out that the cross on the dome of the church of all saints over the economic gate was broken. This temple is part of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
Rescuers used the automotive roll for safe dismantling the structure. DSNSIVTSI climbed the cross, carefully cut the wire and safely lowered it to the ground.
We will remind, 40 days before the start of a complete invasion of the Russian Federation from one of the domes of Sofia in Kyiv also fell on the cross.
