Every third Ukrainian business leads women. Among the new enterprises, the most noticeable growth of directors in Aiti.

In the AITI field, which was considered traditionally male, new companies are increasingly led by women: a year later, new companies with directors increased by 69%. Agricultural business and 17% increased by 25% in construction companies.
In total, women currently lead about 449,000 Ukrainian enterprises – almost every third company. Since the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the share of women directors has steadily increased.
Currently, female directors prevail in areas such as:

Public administration and protection, compulsory social insurance – 58%;

activity in the field of creativity, art and entertainment – 58%;

Tourism – 57%.
Most in the front regions: 37% of companies in Donetsk, 35% of enterprises in the Kherson region and 34% in the Lugansk region. Also significantly increased in the Poltava region – +24%, the Khmelnitsky region – +18%and +11%in the region of Kyiv.
