Shitsui Khakaisi was born in 1916 and started his career at the age of 14, moved to Tokyo, where he works as a hairdresser assistant. He received a license in 1936, and three years later, with his wife, he opened his own salon.
During World War II, his hairdresser was destroyed, and his wife, who was in the army, did not return home. Raising the two children on his own, in 1953, the woman opened a small salon in the city of Made.
