In Ukraine, the reform of the system of military medical commissions continues, within the framework of which, introducing digital decisions aimed at improving the efficiency and transparency of their work.
From this moment on, the VLK resolution will be issued in electronic format through the medical information system of the Armed Forces (MIS of the Armed Forces), which is intended for a significant simplification of processes for both conscripts and military personnel. The press service of the Ministry of Defense announced this today, March 5.
They launched the VLK electronic office in the medical information system of the Armed Forces. The findings of the paper are returning to the past. Now they will be decorated on the Internet: quickly, simply, without bureaucracy, ”said the Minister of Defense of Rastima Umarov.
It should be noted that from now on electronic directions in VLK, which are formed in the register of Oberig military personnel, will automatically enter the VLK office, and the conclusions of the commissions will be automatically transferred to the same register.
This significantly reduces the conditions for the consideration and processing of documents, ”the Ministry of Defense emphasized. – At the same time, VLK electronic decisions on military personnel will be stored in Miss Armed Forces, which will subsequently simplify the receipt of payments, benefits and the necessary services.
The Ministry of Defense noted that the VLK digital transformation became possible thanks to changes in the Order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402, which provides for the introduction of the VLK office, the replacement of paper forms of VLK resolutions using electronic reports and simplifying paper reporting.
It is expected that this innovation will reduce the bureaucratic burden on people.
Earlier, the VLK employee was supposed to write a resolution manually and send it to the shopping center in paper form. The transfer and entry of information in the register took time, the data may be lost, ”said Katerina Chernoroenko, deputy minister of defense for digital development, digital transformation and digitalization.
“We have simplified the processes – have developed functionality that will allow VLK to receive and transmit electronic documents on the Internet. Literally – to launch data, not people, ”she added.
The introduction of electronic resolutions will be at the stages:
- From March 1 – VLK, which was trained, will be able to formulate permissions in electronic form;
- From April 1 – electronic registration of VLK certificates and illness certificates will become mandatory for all commissions.
The Ministry of Defense also recalls that from January, conscripts can submit a request and receive an electronic direction in VLK through an application for reserve+.
This allows you to undergo a medical examination without the need to contact CCC for paper documents, since the electronic direction is automatically recorded in the system and allows you to arrive directly to medical institutions for the exam.
