Ukraine and America deserve respectful dialogue for each other’s clear position. Moreover, when it comes to protecting lives during a full-scale war, Zeshelensky said in video reports at the end of the 1105th day of the war.
Of course, we received different signals in Ukraine for more than a week, and there was already a precedent for help. There was a stop of humanitarian aid, energy assistance. There was also a stop of military assistance – at the end of January, but then everything was restored quickly. We saw risks. Thus, our services, both military and special services, received algorithms for any development of the situation. Now not 2022. Now our stability is higher. We have protection products. But normal partnerships with America are important to us for the real end of the war. None of us want an endless war.
