Russian stormtroopers tried to raid Ukrainian positions near the Orekhov and Stepnoe communities.
“Minus” two enemy aircraft – a fresh result of the work of fighters from Special Operations Center A of the SBU and the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Zaporozhye. This was reported on the SBU website on Friday, July 15.
It is indicated that recently in the area of Orekhov and Stepnoe communities, the enemy tried to attack Ukrainian positions from two Su-25 attack aircraft. But our military acted early on the curve – they accurately worked on enemy aircraft from MANPADS.
As a result, one Su-25 was destroyed, another was hit.
“Also in the recent success of special forces was the destruction of four units of infantry fighting vehicles, an armored personnel carrier, the composition of ammunition and enemy positions,” the SBU added.
Recall that on the morning of July 15, the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed 220 Russian aircraft and 188 helicopters.
It was also reported that in Russia near Ryazan, a military transport aircraft Il-76 crashed, killing nine people.
