It also does not specify important issues such as the size of the US engaged in the fund and the terms of the “joint -owner” agreement.
Ukrainian officials told FT that the agreement was a plot, and before creating the fund, no income would go to the other hand, giving KYIV time to resolve any potential disagreement. Among the unresolved issues – the coordination of the jurisdiction of the agreement and its adoption in the Parliament of Ukraine, the publication says.
