Georgeka asked to suspend the effects of documents declared by the Higher Council of National Defense, which served as the basis for cancellation of the results of the first election.
President Kalin Georges’ Ultra -right candidate finally lost the lawsuit in which he asked to continue the election procedure and fix the second round. Digi24 reported this on Wednesday, February 26th.
The Supreme Court of Cassation and justice has denied the appeal of a politician in which he tried to appeal to the Constitution’s court’s decision to cancel the results of the first twist.
Georgeka has asked to suspend the effects of documents declared by the Higher Council of National Defense, which is the basis for making this decision.
The lawsuit was filed by the Association for the Protection of Public Freedoms in December. First, he is considered by the Bucharest Appeal, recognizing the case unacceptable.
This is George’s second defeat in the court in the canceled election, which actually closes the opportunity to legal the decision.
Remember that in November in Romania in the presidential election at the first turn, pro -russian Ultra -politician Kalin Georgskoy won.
The Constitutional Court of Romania removed the results of the first election of the president’s election. The reason for removing the results is the intervention of the Russian Federation and Cyber attacks. The President’s repeated election will be held in the second half of May.
