The head of Bosnian Serbs has refused to submit any decision in court and said he is willing to take “radical steps”, in particular, threatening the Department of the Republic of Serbian from the rest of Bosnia.

Meanwhile, thousands of his fans gathered at a rally in Banya-Luk, the main city of the Republic of Serbia. Many believe that Schmidt has no right to intervene, as his appointment has not been approved by the UN Security Council.
