In connection with the war in Ukraine, the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency extended the ban on flights to the central and southern regions of the country. This was reported by the Federal Air Transport Agency.
“The regime of temporary flight restrictions at 11 Russian airports has been extended until July 24, 2022,” the statement said.
The ban on flights is in effect at the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov-on-Don, Simferopol and Elista.
Previously, the ban on flights to the south of the country was extended until July 12.
It was also reported that the no-fly zone has been extended to Belarus.
