It was also noticed that due to the intensifying storm, the ship grouping composition of the enemy fleet changed again: three missile ships with 24 missiles aboard were ready for missile strike, and two large landing ships were also involved.
As a result of Russia’s morning missile attacks on civilian targets in the center of Vinnitsa, the deaths of 23 people, including three children, were confirmed. 117 people were injured, 34 of them serious, five are in critical condition.
