The head of the party-democratic party clearly has nothing to do with the development of the government.
The German Chancellor Olaf Sholts recognized his defeat in the Bundestag election and responsibility for the results. Rhein-Neckar-Zeightung reported it on Sunday, February 23.
“This is a bitter election result for the Social Democratic Party, it is also an election defeat,” the politician said after the first Exit Pollov.
Scholz thanked all party members for participating in the campaign and greeted the Christian Democratic Union (CDU/CSS), and in particular Friedrich’s merets.
The politician said he would take over his post “until the last day”, but made it clear that he had nothing to do with the development of the government.
“Now others should find a way to come up with a government,” Sholts said.
Remember, on February 23, the first parliamentary elections were held in Germany. According to EC output, the first place was received by the CDU/CSS, the second place went to the ultra-right batch of an alternative for Germany (AFD), and the third-SDPG. For the Sholts party, this is the worst result in the federal election.
