The list of “nationalized” houses also included real estate, whose owners, for example, lived at a different address or in a neighboring city and did not even know that they had to declare their rights to property within 30 days, noted.
In addition, the invaders decided to put the occupied region of Lugansk with tax on a bath, sheds, greenhouses and other outbuildings with the foundation. Its size will be determined on the basis of the cadastral value of objects.
The invaders note that this was done to “adjust the tax burden in relation to the objects that previously remained outside the amount of property taxation,” said OVA. – It will be necessary to pay money during the period of issuing bills, which began on January 1.
