On Wednesday evening, February 19, drones attacked the Samara region.
Unknown drones attacked the oil processing plant, which is part of the Rosneft oil refining plant. At 2.45, at least three explosions in the area of oil refineries were rattled in the region. The attack was reported by the Governor of the region Samara Vyacheslav Fedorishchev and the local telegram channels.
Local publications are distributing photos and videos of a fire that erupted at the enterprise as a result of an UAV.
It is known that the oil processing plant from the Sizran has a capacity of 8.9 million tons of oil per year, which makes it one of the average at the oil refinery in Russia. The company produces fuel, aviation kerosene and bitumen. In 2015, the plant completely switched to the production of Euro-5 products and processes oil from Western Siberia and Samara.
We recall that on February 17, drones attacked the oil refining plant in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation. There was fire in the field of the enterprise.
