Law enforcement is investigating several dozen people for involvement in organizing the missile attack in Vinnitsa. This was announced at an on-site briefing on Thursday, July 14, by Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky, Suspilne reports.
“After this tragedy, several dozen people were detained. They are now, in fact, being interviewed by the police, the Security Service of Ukraine. After that, it is possible to say something. There is no such data that there are specific gunners, “said Monastyrsky.
He added that we are talking about missiles, which, unlike artillery, are guided by coordinates, and not visually.
Monastyrsky also noted that the Kalibr missiles that hit Vinnitsa do not go at high altitudes: 20-30 meters above sea level, above ground-40-60 meters. Fireworks – 500 kg.
Meanwhile, the National Police reported that as of 17:00, 22 people had been killed. Only six have been identified so far. Therefore, direct relatives of missing persons are asked to submit biological samples for DNA analysis.
Two wanted persons were found among the wounded. A wanted man was found among the dead. Today, 39 people are listed as missing.
