The intelligence of the United States of America and their closest allies suggest that Kremlin head Vladimir Putin has not refused to control the whole of Ukraine. This was reported by NBC News, based on conversations with four Western Intelligence representatives and two US Congress officials.
All six NBC News sources say Putin still believes he can “wait” Ukrain and Europe to eventually get all the territory of Ukrainian.
According to one of the resources in Congress, the USA “Zero Intelligence Putin is now interested in a real peace agreement.”
