The leaders of the European countries at the summit on February 17 in the French capital warned Kyiv about the risk of freezing the battle operations in front without ending a peace agreement. Reuters reported it.
“We are willing to provide security guarantees, modality that will be considered on each side depending on the level of American support,” the interlocutor of the journalists said.
