Law enforcement officers detained two Russian agents who blew the courier with explosives near the Camiana-Podilsky shopping center on February 5.
The defendants used the courier from the delivery service to bring the explosives to the target, which was determined by the intelligence services of the country of the aggressor. Then the courier was killed, and eight people were injured in various severity. On February 17, the press center of the Security Service of Ukraine announced this on February 17.
It is noted that the attackers were detained during the day after a terrorist attack. The enemy agents were a local drug addict and a 17-year-old student of the city college. They were recruited through telegrams, but they acted separately, having a common curator from Russia.
It turned out that the student made a homemade explosive device and the maximum damage that he caused with nuts and cuttings of reinforcements. The explosion was equipped with a telephone to agree on the explosion remotely.
Then the minor was hidden by SVP, which he took a drug addict. It was he who was supposed to deliver explosives under the Tax Code. Realizing that he could try to eliminate “as a witness”, he ordered delivery. When the courier arrived under the shopping center, the invaders blew up explosives with them.
Both detainees have already been informed of suspicion in part 3 of art. 258 (a terrorist act that led to the death of a person) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They are threatened with life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
We will recall that on February 14, on one of the streets of Nikolaev in the afternoon, near the public catering institution. As a result of a terrorist attack, three servicemen of the Shakhty Center for Activity were killed.
