In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, in 2024, Russian invaders raised more than 57 million rubles, compressing this money from the local population from unbearable “taxes”, charges and fines.
Almost two -thirds of the amounts (about 65%) are mandatory fines in favor of the administration of occupation in the form of taxes, fees, etc. This was reported today, February 16, at the site of the National Center for Resistance.
Consequently, intimidation and repression became the main method of working invaders – the message was indicated.
It is noted that among the most difficult methods of influence:
- A ban on driving vehicles;
- arrest of bank accounts;
- Confiscation of wages.
But the worst thing is that those who cannot or refuse to pay the invaders are forcibly delivered to war, forcing them to fight their people, ”the central nervous system emphasized.
The invaders are trying to strangle the local population economically, leaving people without existence and forcing them to either pay or become a gun. But they will certainly be responsible for their crimes – they added to the central nervous system.
