The Ukraine Ministers Cabinet has decided to transfer the operations for organizing and conducting gambling and lottery to the Ministry of Digital Transform. This was announced by the Cabinet representative at Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk on Friday, February 14th.
“Regulation in the ministry of digital transformation of standards for imposing activities and powers to ensure the development and implementation of state policy in the field of organizing and performing gambling and lottery is supplemented,” said Report.
According to the decision, the Ministry of Digital Transform has received additional powers to control and organize activities in the field of gambling.
The decision also provides for the redistribution of funds of more than 14 million hryvnias to ensure good jobs in this area in 2025 under the program and management in the field of gambling and lottery regulation.
Remember that at a meeting on December 4, 2024 he adopted as a full Bill No. 9256-D in the commission’s extermination to fix gambling and lottery (KRAIL) and strengthen gambling business control.
