Since the beginning of this year, car owners, freight transport and special equipment must update the passages that have expired. If the document is damaged, contains errors or changes the category of transport, such a document is also subject to replacement, the message is indicated.
It is noted that these new forms of bureaucratic obstacles are introduced by invaders to strengthen “conflicting measures”.
The invaders know that the active network of Ukrainian underground works on the tooth, developing information about the movement of enemy troops, ”the central nervous system emphasized. – Due to the fact that the invaders are trying to create new management mechanisms in order to complicate the work of our indifferent citizens who are under compulsory occupation.
