The new exchange of Israeli hostages for Palestinian prisoners should take place on Saturday, February 15.
Radical Palestinian team Hamas has announced that he has removed the release of hostages planned for February 15 for violations of Israel. The Jerusalem Post reported this Monday, February 10.
“The transfer of Israeli hostages, which should be released next Saturday, February 15, 2025, will be postponed to the next message,” the group said.
Hamas says Israel violated the ceasefire, delayed the return of the gas sector moved north and blocked the supply of gas goods.
The group also said Israel should pay for the damage caused by its failure to comply with the gas agreement, and only after Hamas released the hostages.
Israel called a violation of the ceasefire in Hamas’ decision to postpone the release of hostages. Defense Minister Israel Katz has ordered to bring the IDF forces to the maximum effectiveness of the battle.
Remember, on January 17, Israel and Hamas signed an agreement with a Truce. And two days later, the first exchange of hostages passed. In all, many of them occurred. In particular, on February 8, Hamas released three more Israeli hostages.
