Law enforcement officers reported suspicion of anesthesiology that she was engaged in medical activities without much permission, which caused the death of a 5-year-old child during the treatment of teeth.
This was reported in the service of the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office LVIV.
In the spring of 2024, during the treatment of teeth, the child fell into a coma and died a month later, without arriving.
Investigators found that a doctor with a diploma that allows her to provide anesthesiological services to an adult received a fake certificate of specialists of a doctor with a specialty “Pediatric anesthesiology”.
This conclusion was made by the clinical and expert commission of the regional department of health, Vladimir Chorni, deputy director of the regional department of healthcare.
The boy was supposed to remove two milk teeth, the dentist suggested that the procedure is under general anesthesia. Subsequently, the director of the clinic explained the boy’s mother that during the operation the child stopped the heart, which, according to him, the doctors managed to start. The boy was transferred to intensive help, where doctors announced the death of the brain.
