According to Kononov, Bilchenko was stopped by the military enrollment department when he went to work at the university, where he works as a senior assistant to the laboratory of the faculty of nuclear physics, teaching students to practical and laboratory classes. Subsequently, he was taken to Lychakiv-Gallower Ortc, and the joint venture was supposed to update the accounting data.
Kononov claims that his friend passed VLK “without a proper medical examination” and emphasized that he suffers from an obstructive apnea syndrome.
He was illegally spent all day, pressed, intimidated, discharged and forced to sign a document that he allegedly arrived on his own call, ”said a mobilized friend and added that Bilchenko had two legal grounds for a delay.
According to Kononov, Bilchenko disappeared after he was delivered to the KHC to clarify the data, and later he was discovered with injuries on the route.
The LVIV regional Criminal Code and the SP have already responded to this information and stated that Bilchenko was not in military registration and did not update data on military accounting. The medical commission showed that it is suitable for the service, and no medical or any other documents that would give him the right to postpone, he did not represent the mobilized. Therefore, he was taken to a military unit A2900 for the basic general military training.
In the training center where they brought, and Bilchenko reported that the laboratory assistant allegedly went to the HSC and jumped out of the car. It was from the fall that he was wounded. It was later found on the highway in the Zhytomyr region.
