Ukraine plans to open all the clusters of negotiations with the European Union in 2025.

Negotiations on the entrance of new member states in the EU are divided into 35 chapters grouped into six clusters.
Stefanishina noted that in the first half of this year – in the presidency of Poland – Ukraine seeks to open the coordinated clusters 1.2 and 6, and the rest of the clusters – three – expect to open Denmark for the presidency in the second half of 2025:
In April, we can open negotiations (one cluster), and in June we will be ready to open negotiations on two clusters. And, accordingly, for the Danish chairman is the same as to open three clusters … that is (we want to open) everything.
Installation of priorities, Stefanishin called the main foundations of the cluster dedicated to the rule of law:
The fundamental cluster is actually the main thing for us. It is very good structures and unites the state around the key areas in which the country will move from the point of view of public administration from the point of view of the functioning of institutions from the point of view of anti -corruption policy.
The second important cluster at which meetings are held are the domestic market.
If the first cluster is the soul of our future membership, then the domestic market is his body to which you can throw your soul into the EU, not achieve. Therefore, the first and second cluster is very important for us, ”said Vice -Prime Minister -Minister.
Stefanishina added that the Polish presidency also suggested that negotiations on foreign policy and security policy, which also include trade policy.
In December, at a meeting of all the Krainsky Congress of local and regional powers, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine seeks to open at least two clusters in 2025 in 2025, and all clusters are as long as possible.
