According to Volovetsky District Court head Severin Pavlyuk, the court was partially satisfied with the civil victim’s lawsuit. From the declared 450 thousand hryvnias of non -injury, the court recovered 300 thousand hryvnias from the accused, as some of the accused had already been paid.
The event took place on August 24, 2021. In one of the villages in Transcarpathia, three teenagers raped a 14-year-old girl in the basement and shot it in the video. The girl’s grandmother applied to the police. The girl confirmed the reality of rape during the investigation. Police have set up three suspects-two 15-year-olds and 14-year-old teenagers, collected evidence and informing them of the suspicion of a rape group of a minor.
The situation has received extensive publicity. The case was taken under the personal control of the Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets.
