US President Dond Trump will return secret documents seized during a search in 2022.

In addition, Trump will also return personal things – clothes, gifts, clippings of the press and photos of Selin Dion. Since he again became president of the United States, he can control the secret materials of the US government, writes CNN.

In 2022, Trump’s residence in Florida conducted a search in secret documents that he took from the White House when he left his post. Documents contained information about the defensive potential of the United States and other countries, as well as the US nuclear program.

According to court protocols, approximately 100 secret documents found were mixed with other seized objects, such as clothes, gifts that do not create documents and pressure from the press.

Although Trump was previously accused of storing confidential materials after his post, his return to the White House means that now he has broad powers to control the secret materials of the US government.

Since Trump’s criminal case is closed, the Ministry of Justice is working on the return of materials collected during the investigation. The prosecutors of the FBI and investigations were instructed from the Ministry of Justice that the seized items would be returned.

In 2024, the case was closed – shortly before the official nomination of Trump is a presidential candidate. In July, District Judge Alein Kennon rejected the case against Trump’s secret documents, saying that the appointment of special prosecutor Jack Smith was unconstitutional.
