Ukraine approved a list of cars from which tax is required.
The Ministry of Economics approved a list of cars that are taxed for transportation in 2025. The list included a production car up to 5 years with a engine cylinders of more than 2.5 liters. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.
The following brands are included in the list:
- Aston Martin;
- Audi;
- Bentley;
- BMW;
- Gimer-Mercedes;
- Inos;
- Jaguar;
- Lamborghini;
- Land Rover;
- Lexus;
- Maserati;
- Mercedes-AMG;
- Mercedes-Benz;
- Mercedes-Maybach;
- Porshche;
- Rolls-Royce;
- Toyota.
The Ministry of Economics noted that the calculation of the average market value of cars for the purpose of tax taxation tax is carried out in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.
It is known that transport tax in Ukraine was introduced in 2015. Transport tax on cars whose age does not exceed five years, and the cost of which exceeds 375 minimum wages. The tax rate is 25 thousand atyudi for each car.
Recall that in December, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the law on amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and some other legislative acts to stimulate the development of the digital economy in Ukraine. The law, in particular, provides that an increase in taxes for individual representatives began to work on January 1, 2025.
