Serbia’s Prime Minister is responsible for criticizing the authorities after tragedy in the new garden.
The Prime Minister of Serbia Milos Vucich announced his resignation of his extraordinary appeal to the Serbian people. He said this in the air of RTS Television Radio Channel.
“Recently, events led to the fact that I decided to resign. I announced this to President Alexander Vuchich, he accepted my arguments and confessed to my decision,” Vochevich said.
He tied his resignation to the students’ protests, where thousands of citizens joined. On Tuesday, a protest in Belgrade ended, where students blocked an important exchange of transportation in the southern part of the city for a day.
The protests exploded due to tragedy in the new garden, where in early November, 15 people were killed as a result of the roof of the train station. This event joins a wave of criticism of both local authority and central government. Participants in the protest also raised social problems, calling for a universal strike and blockage of state institutions.
Earlier, Serbia Milos Vschievich’s Prime Minister defended Belgrade’s right to sell ammunition to western customers, despite the additional supply of these weapons in Ukraine.
