12 people were detained in connection with a hotel at a Turkish ski resort, killed by 78 people. This was announced by the Turkish Minister of Justice Yilmaz Tunç, a TRT Haber report on Friday, January 24th.
“Currently there are 12 detainees, a detailed investigation is being conducted that there are some evidence that all camera recordings and documents are seized and studied,” he said.
The locals include the owner of the hotel, manager and employees.
The minister clarified that as a result of the fire, 78 people were killed (previously reported 79 were killed), 51 people were injured. Ten victims are constantly treated.
