Beta testing of an electronic referral for a military medical commission (MMC) has begun in the Reserve+ application.
First of all, referrals will be able to be generated by those who themselves want to undergo the VLC. Subsequently, this opportunity will also appear for people who received a paper summons to undergo a commission.
The service is being launched so that there is no need to go to the TCC and stand in queues for paper directions. After a full launch, all you need to do is send a request in the application. signature of the head of the TCC
Today, those liable for military service are forced to receive paper directions to the TCC, wasting time in queues. Thanks to the reform, this process will become much simpler and more convenient.
As Minister Rustem Umerov said, first of all, citizens will be able to generate referrals, as they themselves wish to undergo the VLK. But later this opportunity will also appear for people who have received a paper summons to undergo the VLK.
The purpose of beta testing is to test the operation of the new service together with Reserve+ users and improve it until it is fully launched,” Umerov wrote.
The next step will be the integration of the information systems of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health. Already from the fall of 2025, it will be possible to independently choose a medical institution that has a contract with the National Health Institution to undergo a course in Reserve+, taking into account suitability.
