The court chose a preventive measure for the ex-commander of the 155th mechanized brigade “Anna Kyiv” Dmitry Ryumshin on Wednesday, January 22. We are talking about detention with an alternative to bail of 90 million Hryvnia. This was reportedly related to the detainee’s lawyer Suspilne.
The investigation claims that he allowed the massive SZH of his subjects to happen in the EU. In particular, military personnel from this brigade deserted during exercises in France.
We remind you that the State Bureau of Investigation and Security Service of Ukraine detained Ryumshin on January 20.
As you know, information was previously released about the improper formation and support of the new 155th Separate Infantry Brigade named Anna Kievskaya.
In addition, desertion and SZH were reported, especially while studying in France. The DBR began an investigation into desertion and abuse of authority in the 155th brigade.
