A well-known lawyer from Dnepr turned out to be an agent of the Russian Federal Security Service.
This man corrected Russian missile attacks on a local company that modernizes and restores attack and reconnaissance drones. The attacker gave the FSB not just the general coordinates of the enterprise, but the exact location of the technological workshops and UAV storage warehouses. An enemy attack on his coordinates resulted in the death of six and seriously wounded 30 Ukrainians. Civil infrastructure was also damaged. The Security Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.
Law enforcement officers prevented this Russian agent from escaping from Ukraine. He was detained at the Krakovets checkpoint, through which he tried to travel abroad.
During searches in the house and office of the detainee, mobile phones and SIM cards were confiscated with evidence of his explosive activities in favor of the occupiers.
The defendant was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 (high treason committed under martial law), part 2 of Art. 436-2 (justification, recognition as lawful, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants) UCU. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.
Let us recall that in Kyiv a Russian agent was exposed who was recruiting new agents for the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense. In addition, the human rights activist defended the already exposed henchmen of the enemy in the courts.
