The GUR assessed the possibility of Putin declaring war and mobilization

The Russian president has not admitted that he has not achieved his main job goal in the short term. He is continuing the so -called “special military operation”.

In the near future, Russia will not announce war with Ukraine or mobilization within the country. Takle’s opinion on the air of the telethon on Tuesday, July 12, was expressed by the representative of the Chief Director of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky.

“Putin (Russian President Vladimir Putin – ed.) Has not admitted that he has not achieved his main goal of conquest in a short time. He is continuing the so -called” special military operation “and refuses to admit that it is actually an absolute war against Ukraine and its people, ”Skibitsky stressed.

At the same time, he noted that Putin would not initiate a general mobilization in the Russian Federation without declaring war.

It was previously reported that Russia was recruiting convicts to be sent to war. Thus, the Russian Federation plans to mobilize 10,000 prisoners to fight in Ukraine, promising them amnesty.
